A cool trenches area...not too cool though. It's a bit noisy sometimes. Electricity is fair, not great though. Flooding isn't that much in rainy season. Just some street roads that will be flooded but there is always another street to boycott and get to where you're going. Security is pretty decent here. It's very close to Alaba International Market. 5 mins journey to the market by bus, Keke or bike. But the main roads currently is bad so be ready to be uncomfortable while journeying.
