Despite the high service charge and the PR around the estate, we have inconsistent water supply. Sometimes, the water has an odour or colour change. The electricity too. Each household has to bring their own generators and purchase diesel. There's no collective Wi-Fi or transportation. You provide these amenities for yourself. The only good parts I can say is, the security, the serenity, the clean roads and limited flooding (unless we experience regular & heavy rainfall)
