Water supply is good. It is very safe, there is electricity and when living there you can easily access a lot of places since it is in the heart of Lagos. There are companies there and residential houses and also some restaurants and places to have fun. However, it is on the higher end, house rent is expensive and things are not so cheap, but it's elegant and classy. Another con is the smell. The drainage system is so bad and there is always this Lagos stench there that is very shocking for such a beautiful place.
