Really calm neighborhood. I like it because it’s centrally located, making it easy to travel to different areas like Ikeja and Yaba through Egbeda or Iyana Ipaja, or to Lagos Island via Iyana Iba. The area has some bad roads, and the electricity supply isn't steady either. But overall it's not a terrible vicinity to live in.
